Supports multiple languages. Not translated in your language yet? Contribute on Weblate.
You're free to host your own customised bot.

There is no premium plan. Everyone gets everything for free.
Discord Tickets can encrypt and store messages sent within tickets, including attachments and avatars, so your users and staff can easily see what was said months ago, without missing information.
The portal web app makes it even easier to find tickets and read messages without downloading anything.
There are no admin commands cluttering up your Discord server. All server configuration, such as changing embed colours, creating categories and panels etc, can be done quickly through a simple GUI that is bundled with the bot, so it doesn't complicate installation.
Global settings, such as the bot's presence/activity, can also be easily changed in the main configuration file.
Discord has improved over the years, adding new ways for bots and users to interact. Tickets are important - you should be using a bot that has grown with Discord and adopted the new features to improve the user experience.
Discord Tickets uses slash and context menu commands, buttons, menus, and modal forms.
